Types of Catering Setups
The Standard One-Group Setup
Our most popular one-group complimentary coffee cart that
features cappuccinos, espressos, cafe lattes, mochas, hot
chocolate and flavored steamers. Whole bean coffee is ground
to order and prepared by a professional barista for each guest.
The carts are self-contained and require approximately 8'x8'
of space with a dedicated 110V 20 amps standard outlet.
Espresso Bar items include:
Regular & decaf gourmet coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café mocha, caramel macchoato, white chocolate steamers, hot chocolate and herbal teas. Cups, lids, sugar, sweet n low, splenda, half n half, and milk are provided. Soy or rice milk
can be offered for an additional fee.
Latte flavors include:
Vanilla, Caramel, Hazelnut, Raspberry,
Amaretto, Mint Chocolate, Irish Cream,
Pumpkin Spice, Cream De Menthe and Mocha.
Sugar free latte flavors include:
Vanilla, Caramel, Hazelnut and Raspberry
Chai Tea flavors include:
Spiced, Raspberry and Sugar Free Vanilla
Smoothie Bar Setup
The Smoothie bar comes with two commercial grade
blenders to prepare cold refreshing fruit smoothies. A variety
of smoothie products are prepared by a professional barista
for each guest. The cart is self-contained and requires the
use of a dedicated 110V standard outlet separate
from the coffee cart. A great hit for adults, teens and children.
Smoothie Bar items include:
We use commercial blenders and provide up to five smoothie choices. Smoothies can be served in 9 oz or 16 oz cups with straws. Dome lids provided on 16 oz cups.
